We will deliver to the UK and most European and EU (European Union) countries. We also ship outside these areas. Please see the list at the bottom of this page to see where we ship to.
We will only deliver to the cardholders address if purchases exceed £19.95. We will not ship to any other address other than the registered cardholders. This includes UK and EU customers.

We are a 100% UK mainland based and operated business, based in Lancashire, in the North West of the United Kingdom. We do NOT operate from any foreign premises and nor do we operate from the Channel Islands where orders can take significantly longer to reach customers as opposed to purchases made on the UK mainland that usually arrive next day after despatch (depending on chosen delivery method).
Orders are processed the same day of purchase, and usually despatched the same day.
Orders placed before 2pm are usually despatched the same day. This is applicable to business days and hours only.
Our business hours are, Monday-Friday inclusive, 9am till 5pm.
A note to International buyers:
We will use either Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For shipments outside the UK. Our preferred method is Royal Mail Airsure, but this is not available to all countries. If this isnt available to your country we will ship using Royal Mail International Signed For. Both of these methods require a signature on receipt. Both are fully insured against any losses on behalf of the postal service.
*Royal Mail Special Delivery. To qualify for this service we need to receive payment by 12pm Monday-Friday. Royal Mail will deliver to your delivery address before 1pm the following working day. If your order is received and paid for on a Friday weekday using Royal Mail Special Delivery then we will advise that deilvery will be Monday. It has been known for Royal Mail to attempt a delivery Saturday when a customer pays for Special Delivery but we cannot guarantee this. If your order is received after 2pm Friday then we will despatch your order the following Monday using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In the unlikely event that the product you purchase is out of stock and you opt for Special Delivery then we will inform you in writing as soon as is reasonable, and give you the following options:
a) Keep your order active with us, refund you the Special Delivery charge and send your order to you Royal Mail Special Delivery when the item arrives to stock. We will give you as accurate estimated delivery date as we can, provided by the supplier, not necessarily guaranteed.
b) Refund you in full for your purchase.
